Inspection Technology Europe develops en realizes total solutions  for laboratory and in-line testsystems based on
Non Destructive Testing.
After a thorough analysis of your application we carry out a number of tests on samples of which you believe they contain
relevant indications of the possible material problems in the production or with other large series of products.
We will supply a detailed report about the feasibility and other factors of importance how a solution for continuous
inspection is possible

Both for the electronics, mechanics as well as software we will first try whether a solution can be found with standard
system components on the market, but if a tailormade solution is required we have a team of enthousiastic specialists
and partner companies with whom we can offer a cost effective and competitive proposal based on the most up to date
technologies.

MFD 800 / MFD 900

High speed multi channel ultrasonic system.

The only complete complete solution for in-line and off line ultrasonic production testing of bar and billet. Ultrasonic testing of steel, aluminum, aluminium, brass, titanium, plastic and any other material bars and billets are simple with this system.

The MFD 800 has now been followed up by the MFD900 is an ideal replacement for older mult channels ultrasonic systems.  It includes interfaces for encoders and start stop functions and real time presentation of the acquired data. The MFD 900 has been designed for quick system integration including encoder controlled data acquisition, industrial I/O modules all in one system. The mainframe can accomodate up to 10 independent dual channels channels, total 20 channels in one system.
Additional channels or multiplexed pulser receiver are possible with a high degree of flexibility in sequence and  pulser/ receiver combinations. The system is 100% manufactured in the Netherlands  and world wide marketed by Inspection Technology Europe BV  - Allied NDT Engineers.

Ultimo 2000
A powerful remote pulser receiver for ultrasonic applications with unique features.
The low impedance and 5 Volt rf output make the unit suitable for remote applications with a very long cable between the pulser receiver and main system.
The bandwidth is 40 MHz at 80 dB true gain and the high energy square wave pulser can be controlled from 40 to 400 volt.  The pulser can also be switched to a spike output.

New remote pulser receiver system RPR50

This new 50 MHz system has been developed for applications requiring a compact  pulser receiver close to the transducer. Especially for C-scan systems, robotic applications and other remote situations the RPR50 set is ideal. The performance is absolutely great and outperforms systems like USIP20HR. The system comprises a compect remote pulser/pre-amplifier of just 200 grams, a control module at up to 20 meters of cable and a PC interface card with control software

Highspeed Automotive Cilinder Scanner

The Cylinder scanner checks the bonding between the lining of the cylinder and the  aluminum of the block. It is designed for manual placement after wich the computer takes over. A fast scan and a good readable C-scan is the result.

The system was originally developed for VAW in Germany and has been in use with good results since 1999.  Demonstrations were given at a major NDT show in Rome in 2000 with lots of interest from various manufacturers.

In-production testsystem for bar materiaal from 10 to 80 mm diameter.

together with a few Allied engineers partners we have developed a highly advanced and efficient testsystem to test bar stock products ( brass in this occasion) for internal flaws and inclusions which are introduced during the manufacturing process.
The material is fully immersed in water at the place of measurement where 8 to 16 ultrasonic transducers inspect the material for 100%. Flat bottom holes of 1.2 mm ( #3 fbh) are easily detected

A simple to install barfollower . The follower section has 2 rollers mount on a free moving follower unit which always keeps the rollers on the bar, even with seriously bent bars. The ultrasonic transducer is placed in the middle of the rollers and can be easily normalized in two directions and adjusted in height.
Sensors indicate end of bar in both directions.

Allied Enginneers have developed a compact high power ultrasonic pulser module and low noise pre-amplfier which can be used for remote pulser receiver applications where long transducer cables are required or where extra amplfication is required.
The pulser can be triggered from the excisting puls output of any type flawdetector. The module gives a powerful square wave puls of maximum 450 Volt with a very high capacity capable to drive large elements.  The square wave can be adjusted for transducer of 4 to 12 MHz, which is mostly used in industrial applications.
The pre-amplfier has a low noise gain selectable of 6,12 or 18 dB

Power supply 12 VDC
We can supply the printed circuit boards only or built in a small box

Off line bar tester.
A rugged and efficient bar tester for bars from 40 to 500 mm diameter.
Equiped with a multiprobe barfollower

FT3000 distance thickness meter
The FT3000 uses low frequency ultrasound to measure the distance from the sensor to a product . By testing from both sides one can measure the thickness of a product without contact.
Automatic compensation for changes in the sound velocity in air due to temperature and other influences. A typical accuracy is 0.1 mm but this is strongly influenced by the testing range required.  Applications are found in wood-,  foam- and plexiglass industrie but also for specific projects where laser test systems cannot be applied.
